30-Day Returns
We want you to absolutely love your Dharaa jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Personalized pieces, engraved items, and final sale merchandise are also not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate
To start a return, please email us at hello@dharaa.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
